Refund policy
One of the guarantees we make is that our clients will get excellent physics assignment solutions. However, there are rare instances where the solutions provided may be unsatisfactory. If this happens, it is upon the client to make a complaint with the necessary proof. Students are required to read our refund policy before making a complaint so that they can know whether they qualify for a refund or not.
What is the process for asking for a refund from your service?
The first step you will take is to make a complaint with our quality control department. Your complaint will include what part of your assignment was unsatisfactory and any documentary proof you have. Once you make a complaint, our quality control department will need some time for the investigation, to check whether your complaint warrants a full or partial refund. You may also get the option of getting a rewrite or a revision. After the investigations, you will get the final decision and directions on when and how your refund will be availed to you if any.
What is the average timeline for a refund?
The timeline for clients to make complaints is 7 days. That is 7 days after the day you receive your physics assignment. After the 7 days period elapses, you cannot make a complaint on an assignment, nor can you ask for a refund. For us, it takes our quality control department 4-7 business days to properly investigate your complaint and come to a conclusion. After that, your refund, if any, will be availed to you as soon as possible.
Instances that warrant a full refund include:
- No delivery- This is where you have paid for the order in full, an expert has been assigned, but we did not avail the completed assignment to you.
- Double payment- Where the student accidentally pays for an order twice. You are eligible for a 100% refund on the second payment.
- No expert is assigned- Whereby you have made your payment but we have assigned no expert to your order and the deadline is passed. You can ask for a 100% refund.
- Late delivery- If your assignment is delivered late and you do not download it from our site, you can ask for a full refund. Once you download it, you cannot get a refund.
- Plagiarized content- If the plagiarism on the assignment is more than 10%, you are eligible for a full refund on submission of the documentary proof i.e., plagiarism reports.
Instances where you can only get a partial refund:
- If you cancel your order after you have been assigned a tutor, you can get a partial payment. This is because your order had already begun being worked on.
- If your order was delivered late, but you still download it from our site for other uses, you can get a partial refund for the late delivery.
- If the assignment is unsatisfactory, but still has some sections that you wish to download and use later.
- If your final order has minimal mistakes that you are willing to overlook, you can ask for a partial refund.
Instances where you are not eligible for a refund:
- If you change the assignment deadline, i.e., if the deadline is brought forward in a way we cannot accommodate, you are not eligible for a refund even if the order is delivered late.
- If you do not follow the correct procedure of making your complaint, and if you do not have the necessary documentary proof, you will not get a refund on your order.
- If you have already downloaded and used the assignment that you are making a complaint about, you will not get any refund for it.
- If you did not download the assignment on time from either the email or the website, you cannot get a refund from us.
